Purchase and Delivery 

The current availability is shown in the product details you're interested in. If the product is in stock, we ship it according to the selected payment method: Bank transfer - we ship on the next business day after the payment is credited to our account.

What if my desired color is currently out of stock?

If the product or a specific color variant is currently out of stock, you can contact us and inquire about its availability. We have our production planned half a year in advance, so we know what and when we will be producing :)

We normally ship RePello products within the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Shipping options can be found directly in our e-shop during the ordering process. Would you like to send one of our products anywhere in the world? No problem, we can do that :) For more information on worldwide shipping, please contact us.

Responsibility and Sustainability 

Where are RePello products manufactured?

All RePello products are proudly developed, designed, and manufactured in the Czech Republic. We use the latest technologies that are as environmentally friendly as possible.

Are RePello products suitable for even the youngest children?

Yes. Even during the design phase, we ensure that our toys are safe for children under 3 years of age. This means that they have guaranteed mechanical safety and chemical purity of the materials used. All RePello products are certified according to the EN 71 standard for toy safety, which we obtained from the independent testing laboratory ITC in Zlín.

What if something breaks on my balance bike?

If you need to replace a part that has worn out, been damaged, or lost, please contact us. Thanks to the fact that we manufacture all our products in the Czech Republic, we can supply you with any spare part. Whether it's a worn tire, a damaged part of the balance bike, or a tiny screw. RePello products are designed to be easily repaired. In case of damage, they are not doomed to be thrown away but can be repaired and used further :) This fulfills our vision of sustainability and responsibility towards our customers and the environment.

Maintenance

Can the balance bike get wet occasionally, even though it's made of wood?

Yes, occasionally it doesn't matter. The balance bike is made of birch wood, which is glued with water-resistant glue. The entire surface is also treated with a top colorless varnish or paint. But keep in mind that it is wood. Frequent exposure to water (e.g., storing it outside in the rain) may eventually damage the product.

How should I properly maintain the balance bike?

Before each ride, check the tire pressure and tighten all screws. After riding, when the balance bike is dirty, use a damp cloth to clean it. That's all! Simple and effective. Involve your child too. This game, which fosters their responsibility for their toy, will surely appeal to them.
